Jeeran Dijla has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content or behaviour is removed immediately, the account is banned, and it is reported.

• Prohibited: any image, video or text that sexualises, abuses or exploits a child; grooming or inappropriate contact with a minor, including asking a minor for images; promoting or sharing such content; sharing photos or details of neighbours' children without their parents' consent.
• Protections: the app is not directed at children. Everyone signs in with Google or Apple and is verified as a resident or owner in the compound. A household head can add a child only as a limited account that can read and use the emergency button, with no posting, comments or messages, and confirms being the parent or guardian. Unit numbers and phone numbers are never shown to other residents. Any user can block another user.
• Reporting in the app: open the menu of a post or comment, choose Report (بلّغ), then "Threat or danger" (تهديد أو خطر). The author does not learn who reported.
• Reporting by email: write to amrmhassanwork@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety". Please do not attach the material itself.
• What we do: child safety reports are reviewed first, within 24 hours at most. We remove the content, ban the account and prevent re-registration, preserve the necessary data securely, and report to the competent authorities in Egypt (police and the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, child helpline 16000) and to NCMEC where required. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
